全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠与烷醇酰胺复配体系的研究与应用

摘  要:研究了全氟壬烯氧基苯磺酸钠(OBS)与烷醇酰胺(CDEA)按不同比例复配后体系的表面张力、油水界面张力的变化情况,并对复配体系的耐温性能进行评价,同时考察了复配体系对压裂液的影响。实验结果表明:OBS与CDEA复配后具有协同效应,能降低体系的表、界面张力;OBS/CDEA复配体系经130℃,6h热处理后表、界面张力变化小,具有良好的热稳定性能;0.01%OBS+0.1%CDEA的加入能降低了压裂液破胶液的表、界面张力,提高了压裂液的返排率,可将此复配体系应用压裂液助排中使用。The changes of surface tension and oil-water interfacial tension of OBS and CDEA in differ- ent proportion have been studied, and the temperature resistance of the compound system has been e- valuated, and the effect of compound system on fracturing fluid was studied. The experiment results show that OBS and CDEA have synergistic effect, which can reduce the surface tension and interfacial tension of the compound system. After 130 ℃ 6 h heat treatment, the mixture of OBS/CDEA have small changes of interracial tension, which means the mixture has a favorable temperature resistance. The addition of 0.01%OBS+0.1%CDEA can reduce the surface tension and interfacial tension of the fracturing fluid, and improve the flow-back? rate of the fracturing fluid, which means OBS/CDEA compound system can be used in the application of the fracturing fluid.
