氧化煤蜡制备车用乳液的研究

摘  要:以高性能氧化煤蜡为原料制备车用乳液,针对乳化过程考察了不同配方以及工艺条件对制备车用乳液的影响。结果表明,车用乳液的最佳配方是:酸值(KOH)为27~29mg/g、皂化值(KOH)为75~80mg/g的氧化煤蜡用量4%,复合乳化剂用量5%~6%,稳定性助剂用量0.4%,上光性硅油含量50μg/g,挥发性溶剂用量1%,其余为去离子水。在搅拌速率9001050r/min,乳化温度85~90℃,乳化时间35~40min工艺条件下制备的0/W型车用乳液乳液平均粒径在0.1μm左右,对汽车表面涂膜影响等主要性质符合GB/T23437-2009指标要求。Emulsion of automotive was prepared from the high performance oxidized coal wax. The effects of components of micro emulsion and conditions of emulsification on emulsion were discussed. As a result, the best formula of emulsion for vehicle is that the dosage of oxidized coal wax whose the acid value is 27 -29 mg/g, the saponification value is 75 -80 mg/g is 4 % , the emulsifier is 5%-6 %, the stability assistant dosage is 0.4%, the glazing sex silicone oil dosage is 50 μg/g, the volatile sol- vent oil dosage is 1 %, the rest is deionized water. Under the condition of stirring speed 900 - 1 050 r/ min, emulsifying temperature 85 -90 ℃, emulsifying time 35 -40 min, the average particle size of O/ W type vehicle emulsion prepared is about 0.1 μm, and main properties such the influence on surface coating automobile accord with GB/T 23437--23437 index basically.
