摘  要:目的探讨人性化带教在新生儿无陪护病房中的应用。方法在实习护士带教过程中,运用分阶段、分层次教学,注重临床实践教学,尊重关爱实习护士的人性化带教模式。结果人性化带教使实习护士尽快融入病房角色,掌握专科知识,提高对危重患儿的观察及抢救配合能力。结论人性化带教提高了临床教学效果,应在新生儿无陪护病房实习护士中推广应用。Objective :To explore the application of humanized teaching in neonatal ward. Methods: In the process of teaching practice, the humanized teaching mode, which respect and care practice nurse, was conducted in this study. The humanized teaching mode was stratified and emphasized the clinical practice. Results: Human- ized teaching makes the students fit into the ward roleas soon as possible, master the specialty knowledge and improve the ability of observation and rescue. Conclusion : The humanized teaching can improve the quality of clinical teaching, and it is worthy of application in neonatal ward.
