摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者KAP护理干预方法及效果。方法将本院2014年7月—2015年6月收治的80例胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理教育,观察组在常规护理基础上进行KAP护理干预,比较两者KAP的掌握情况、治疗效果以及生活质量。结果观察组的KAP知识、态度、行为得分以及总分均高于对照组,临床症状改善率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院前的躯体疼痛、社会功能、心理功能、活力等方面的生活质量均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌患者进行KAP干预能够提高患者的知信行水平,改善治疗效果,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the method and effect of KAP nursing intervention in pa- tients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The control group was received routine health education, the observation group was given KAP nursing intervention based on the control group, their KAP mastery, therapeutic effect and life quality were compared. Results The KAP knowledge, attitude, behavior score and total score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the improvement rate of clinical symptoms was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The life quality in physi- cal pain, social function, mental function and vitality before discharge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion KAP intervention can improve the level of knowledge and information, the treatment effect and quality life of patients with gastric cancer.
