阴式全宫切联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗老年性子宫脱垂的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨阴式全宫切联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗老年性子宫脱垂的围术期护理。方法选择行阴式全宫切联合阴道前后壁修补术的60例老年子宫脱垂患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法,将60例老年患者均分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组患者术后给予常规护理,观察组患者术后给予全面护理。比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组较对照组手术时间缩短、出血量减少、住院时间缩短,2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间差异显著(P<0.05)。2组患者术后出现不同程度的腹胀、便秘、尿潴留、阴道残端炎并发症,对照组患者总并发症发生率为36.67%,观察组总并发症发生率为6.66%;对照组患者总满意率为56.66%,低于观察组总满意率93.34%(P<0.05)。结论阴式全宫联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗的老年性子宫脱垂患者,在围术期给予全面护理,能显著降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate perioperative nursing of uterine prolapse treated by colpohysterectomy and anterior and posterior wall colporrhaphy in senile patients. Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with uterine prolapse treated by colpohysterectomy and anterior and posterior wall colporrhaphy in our hospital were as research subjects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method. The control group received routine post- operative care, and observation group received comprehensive care. Operative time, blood loss, hos- pital stay, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The obser- vation group had less operation time, and amount of bleeding, and shorter hospital stay and there were significant difference in operative time, blood loss, and length of hospital stay in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Complications such as postoperative abdominal distention, constipation, urinary reten- tion, vaginal inflammation occurred in both groups and overall complication rate in the control group was 36.67%, and 6.66% in the observation group, and there was significant different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Overall satisfaction rate in the control group was 56. 66%, which was significantly lower than 93.34% of the observation group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive care can significantly re- duce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with uterine prolapse treated by vaginal palace joint vaginal wall repair.
