综合护理干预在乳腺纤维瘤手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预在乳腺纤维瘤手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将106例乳腺纤维瘤手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在此基础上实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、疗效满意率及症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分。结果:观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,疗效满意率高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执及精神病性评分低于术前及对照组术后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺纤维瘤手术患者在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预,可显著改善患者心理状态,提高手术治疗效果和满意率。Objective：To explore the application method and investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with breast fibrous tumor surgery.Methods：106 patients undergoing breast fibrous tumor surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（53 cases in each group）.The patients were given the routine nursing measures and the comprehensive nursing intervention was additionally adopted in the observation group,the operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding volume,satis-faction rate of patients with treatment efficacy and the scores of SCL-90 were compared between the two groups.Results：The operation time and hospitalization time was shorter in the observation group than the control group,the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than the control group,the satisfaction rate of patients with treatment efficacy was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）;the scores of postop-erative somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal relationships,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoid and psy-chotic scores were lower after operation than those before operation in the observation group and lower than those in the control group after operation（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with breast fibrous tumor surgery can significantly improve the psychological state of the patients,the effect of surgical treatment and satisfaction rate of the patients.
