整体护理在胃肠道肿瘤患者围术期腹腔热灌注化疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理在胃肠道肿瘤患者围术期腹腔热灌注化疗中的应用方法和效果。方法:将60例胃肠道肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组实施整体护理措施,比较两组患者护理满意度、不良反应发生率和治疗有效率。结果:观察组护理满意度为93.00%,明显高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为53.33%,显著低于对照组76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为66.67%,显著高于对照组40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理应用于胃肠道肿瘤患者围术期腹腔热灌注化疗中效果较好,不仅能提高护理满意度,而且能有效降低不良反应发生率,促进患者康复。To explore the application method and effect of holistic nursing care in perioperative intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods：60 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（30 cases in each group） ,the routine nursing measures was taken in the control group and the holistic nursing care was implemented in the observation group,the patients′satisfaction with nursing care,the incidence of adverse reactions and the effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results：The satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing care was 93.00%in the observation group and significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group（P〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions in the observa-tion group was 53.33%and significantly lower than 76.67%in the control group（P〈0.05）;the effective rate of treatment was 66.67%in the observation group and significantly higher than 40.00%in the control group（ P〈0.05） .Conclusion：Application of holistic nursing care in perioperative intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal cancer can not only improve the patients′sat-isfaction,but effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
