摘　　要：目的 :讨论盆腔内异症采用改良式筋膜内子宫切除术的临床效果。方法 :选择内异症6 4例采用改良式筋膜内子宫切除术。结果 :术式简化、安全 ,避免了处理子宫主韧带和子宫骶韧带可能发生的输尿管损伤 ,手术创面少 ,减少了术后并发症 ,如出血、术后感染 ,子宫动脉下肢未切断 ,有利于阴道残端愈合。结论 :缩短了住院时间 ,术后恢复快 。Objective: Discuss the clinical effect of improved intra-fuscial hysterectomy for endometeriosis. Method: 64 cases of endometriosis was performed improved intrafasical hysterectomy. Results : The operation is simple and safe, avoiding the damage of ureter when handing cardinale uteri-lig and sacro-uterina-lig , suface of operation is less and reduce the post operative complication such as bleeding , postoperative infection. the operation can alse accelerate. heal of vaginal stump because without severance of inferior art eria of a.uterina. Conclusion: WE find the improved intra-fascial hysterectomy better than traditional operation with the simpler operation the shorter o perate . less bleeding , earlier posto-perative recovery shorter hospitaligation the operation also incvease the clinical cure rate.
