晶体液间断灌注和冷氧合血灌注对心肌保护作用的对比体会

摘　　要：目的 :观察冷晶体停搏液 (Thomas液 )与冷氧合血停搏液对心脏直视手术缺血期间的心肌保护作用。方法 :选取 98例病人 ,分为二组 ,晶体组、冷血组 ,分别采用含钾冷血停搏液间断灌注与晶体间断灌注保护心肌 ,从临床效果、心肌酶谱 (CK ,CK -MB ,LDH)等方面评价两组作用。结果 :冷血组自动复跳率高于晶体组 ;低心排率低于晶体组 ;体外循环后冷血组CK ,CK—MB ,LDH均低于晶体组。结论Objective: To observe the protection of myocardian of cold crystalloid cardioplegia, and cold blood cardioplegia during ischemia period. Method: 98 patients, who underwent cold crystalloid cardiolegia and cold blood cardioplegia reperfasion, were devided into two groups respectively. Clinical effect and cardiac isoengymes (CK,CK-MB,LDH) etc. are studied to estimare the myocardion protection of each group. Results: Compared with cold crystalloid group, in cold blood group the rate of voluntary heartre-beat is higher, the rate of (LOC) lovo. Cardiac output is lower ,and CK,CK-MB,LDH after CPB(cardio pulmonary bypass) is less. Conclusion: Cold blood cardioplegia perfasion offers a better protection of myocardion than crystalloid cardio plegia.
