重组人生长激素用于烧伤治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人生长激素用于烧伤治疗的临床效果。方法选取烧伤患者88例,随机分为观察组与对照组各44例。植皮术后予2组患者常规抗感染治疗与相应的营养支持。观察组在此基础上于手术结束第3天予重组人生长激素皮下注射治疗,观察、比较2组临床指标改善情况、体内PA、Tb含量变化及创面愈合时间。结果与治疗前比较,2组生长激素、血糖以及胰岛素等3项临床指标均有改善,观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);2组PA、Tb含量均升高,观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);观察组植皮区愈合时间、供皮区愈合时间及深Ⅱ度痂下愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论重组人生长激素用于烧伤治疗,能明显改善患者临床指标,提高患者PA、Tb含量,缩短创面愈合时间,效果良好,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of burn. Methods 88 cases of burn patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,44 cases in each group. 2 groups of patients were treated with conventional anti infection treatment and nutrition support. On this basis,the observation group was treated with subcutaneous injection of recombinant human growth hormone at the end of third days. The improvement of clinical parameters,PA,Tb content and wound healing time were observed and compared between the 2 groups. Results Compared with before treatment, growth hormone, blood sugar and insulin and other clinical indicators were improved, and the observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;The contents of PA and Tb in the 2 groups were all increased, and the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ;The observation group graft donor site healing time, healing time and healing time of deep crust is shorter than the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Recombinant hu- man growth hormone therapy can significantly improve the clinical indicators of burn patients,improve the content of PA,Tb, shorten the wound healing time, the effect is good, it is worth promoting the application.
