摘　　要：目的 建立三种医院自制口服溶液中羟苯乙酯含量测定的方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）。色谱柱：Diamonsil C18（5μm,4.6mm×150mm）;甲醇-1%冰醋酸（55∶45）为流动相;流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为256nm。结果 在10.0~40.0μg/ml范围内,峰面积（A）与浓度呈现良好的线性关系,其回归方程为A=122.33C＋19.413（r=0.9992）,平均回收率为99.69%,RSD为0.39%（n=9）。结论 该法操作简单,灵敏性高,准确率大,重复性好,适合用于医院制剂口服溶液中羟苯乙酯的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of three oral solutions the ethyl hydroxybenzoate. Methods High-performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used with the Diamonsil C18 （ 5 μm,4.6ram x 150mm） col- umn. The mobile phase was methanol 1% glacial acetic acid （55：45）. The flow rate was l mL/min. Results The ethyl hydroxybenzoate linear calibration curves were obtainedover the range of 10.0 -40.01μg/ml. The regression equation was A = 122.33C ＋ 19.413（r =0. 9992） ,the average recovery was 99.69% ,RSD =0.39% （n =9）. Conclusion The method is sim- ple .with high sensitivity, accuracy and good repeatability, suitable for determination of oral solutions the Ethyl Hydroxybenzoate.
