中西医结合治疗前庭大腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗前庭大腺炎的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为西医对照组50例和联合治疗组50例,两组均给予青霉素抗感染治疗,联合治疗组加用中药煎剂口服兼中药洗液熏洗,两组均1周为一疗程,1个疗程后判定疗效,显效及有效的患者经1个疗程的治疗后再口服中药煎剂2周,3个月后进行随访。结果:总有效率西医对照组68.0%,联合治疗组86.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率西医对照组44.1%,联合治疗组20.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药煎剂口服兼中药洗液熏洗联合抗生素治疗前庭大腺炎疗效显著,能降低手术率和复发率。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on bartholinitis. Method ： 100 cases of female patients with bartholinitis were evenly divided into western medicine control group and combined treatment group in random. Western medicine control group were treated with penicillin for anti-infection while combined treatment group were treated with a comprehensive treatment of Chinese herbs decoction by oral administration and herbal fumigation on the basis of penicillin treatment, 1 week as a course of treatment. After 1 course of treatment, we determined the efficacy. The patients with marked effect and with effect were treated with Chinese herbal decoction by oral administration for 2 weeks. The follow-up study was performed after 3 months. Result： The effective rate of western medicine control group was 68.0% while that of the combined treatment group was 86.0%. The difference of two groups was statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） . The recurrence rate of the western medicine control group was 44.1% while that of the combined treatment group was 20.9%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Chinese herbs decoction by oral administration and herbal fumigation combined with antibiotics has significant therapeutic effect on bartholinitis, which could decrease the surgical rate and recurrence rate.
