兴奋剂与运动员用药的医院药事管理

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院药事管理中兴奋剂与运动员用药的具体内容。方法:介绍兴奋剂概念、禁用清单内容与运动员用药的治疗用药豁免情况;以我院管理实践为例,分析和总结对兴奋剂和运动员用药进行药事管理的有效措施。结果与结论:我院通过建立专门的管理通道、对其依法实施特殊药品管理和处方药管理、加强对院内兴奋剂目录中药品的管理、严格进行处方的审核与调配、加强药师相关知识的教育培训等管理措施,实现了对兴奋剂与运动员用药的有效管理。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the pharmaceutical management of dope and drug use in athletes. METHODS ： The concep- tion of dope, prohibited list and therapeutic drug use exemption in athletes were introduced; taking management practice of our hospital for example, the effective measures of pharmaceutical management for dope and drug use in athletes were analyzed and summarized. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Our hospital have realized effective management of dope and drug use in athletes through establishing special management channel, implementing special drug management and prescription drug management, strengthening the management of drugs included in hospital dope list, conducting prescription check and dispensing strictly, strengthening pharmacist education and training about related knowledge.
