摘 要:基于自由活塞直线发电机系统搭建零维Matlab/Simulink模型和三维AVL Fire模型相耦合的仿真体系,并验证其精确性。基于该仿真体系分析了自由活塞发动机的运动特性和换气过程,并研究气口高度和气道角度对换气品质的影响规律。结果表明,大扫排气口高度、65°主扫气道倾角和50°副扫气道仰角有利于提高扫气效率;小扫排气口高度、小主扫气道倾角和大副扫气道仰角有利于提高缸内湍动能。Simulation architecture coupled with zero-dimensional model Matlab/Simulink and three-dimensional model AVL Fire was built based on free piston linear generator (FPLG) and its accuracy passed experimental test. The dynamic characteristics and the scavenging process of FPLG were analyzed based on this simulation architecture and the effect of key structure parameters of the scavenging system including port height and port angle on scavenging quality was studied as well. The results show that, large height of scavenging and exhaust ports, tangential inclination of main scavenging port at 65° and axial inclination of sub scavenging port at 50° can increase scavenging efficiency; small height of scavenging and exhaust ports, small tangential inclination of main scavenging port and large axial inclination of sub scavenging port can enhance the turbulent kinetic energy in cylinder,
