摘 要:目的:观察桂皮醛在常用有机溶剂中的稳定性,对中国药典2015年版(一部)中收载的桂皮醛含量测定方法进行探讨。方法:将桂皮醛对照品分别溶于甲醇、无水乙醇、乙腈、丙酮、乙酸乙酯等溶剂,采用HPLC和GC法测定,测定其色谱纯度的初始值及随时间变化情况。结果:桂皮醛在甲醇、无水乙醇、丙酮中不稳定,在乙腈、乙酸乙酯中稳定。结论:验证了桂皮醛GC含量测定方法采用乙酸乙酯制备对照品溶液的合理性,同时建议桂皮醛HPLC含量测定方法中改用乙腈制备对照品溶液。Objective:To investigate stability of cinnamaldehyde in common organic solvents,and discuss the assay of cinnamaldehyde in Chinese pharmacopoeia(Ch P),2015 edition,Vol Ⅰ.Methods:The cinnamaldehyde chemical reference substance was dissolved in methanol,anhydrous ethanol,acetonitrile,acetone,acetonitrile and ethyl acetate,respectively.Then,HPLC and GC was used to determine the solvents at different time period.The initial value and changing trend of the chromatographic purity of cinnamaldehyde was calculated.Results:The results indicated that cinnamaldehyde was not stable in methanol,anhydrous ethanol or acetone,while stable in acetonitrile and ethyl acetate.Conclusion:The investigation confirmed the rationality of the assay method of cinnamaldehyde by GC method,using ethyl acetate to prepare the reference solution.It is suggested that the solvent for reference solution in assay of cinnamaldehyde by HPLC method should be changed to acetonitrile.
