摘 要:固硫灰是循环流化床燃煤发电产生的废渣,其排放堆积严重威胁环境,而将固硫灰作为混凝土矿物掺合料应用于建材领域是实现其资源化利用的最佳途径之一。通过研究掺固硫灰混凝土的抗压强度、抗冻性以及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,并与掺硅灰和掺粉煤灰组对比,得出了固硫灰作为矿物掺合料对高强混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,固硫灰的掺入有利于混凝土抗压强度、抗冻性以及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的提高,且用固硫灰制备高强混凝土可充分利用固硫灰的膨胀性优势,提高混凝土密实性,改善混凝土的微观结构,从而提高混凝土的耐久性。Lots of circulating fluidized bed combustion(CFBC)fly ash was produced in the process of clean coal technique,if effective methods do not adopt to handle this problem,the environment would be contaminated.It is verified that the method which taks CFBC fly ash as mineral admixture is an effective way to utilize in the field of construction and building materials.The compressive strength,freeze resistance and anti-sulphate erosion of concrete with CFBC fly ash were researched,and silica fume was also studied as reference group,as well as fly ash.The experimental results show that,the addition of CFBC fly ash in concrete is benifit for improvement of the compressive strength,the performance of freeze resistance and anti-sulphate erosion.Moreover,CFBC fly ash is good to improve the micro-structure and the durability of concrete by making full use of its expansibility.
