贺州烟区不同年份烟叶主要化学成分变异性分析

摘　　要：对2011—2015年贺州烟叶主要化学成分进行了分析,结果表明:近5年贺州烟叶化学成分以总氮含量的稳定性较好,氯离子含量呈下降趋势,上部叶钾离子含量呈上升趋势,这些情况有利于烟叶品质的改善;而总糖、还原糖、总植物碱和淀粉含量存在不同程度的变异情况,其中以淀粉含量的波动幅度较大,从而对烟叶品质产生不利影响,也不利于卷烟产品配方的稳定。The main chemical components of tobacco leaves of Hezhou were analyzed from 2011 to 2015.The results showed that：in recent 5 years, the content of total nitrogen was good stability in chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves, chlorine ion content decreased, the upper leaf potassium content was upward trend, the situation was conducive to improve the quality of tobacco leaves, and total sugar ,reducing sugar ,total alkaloids, and starch content were different degrees of variation, among which starch content fluctuation were large,thus on the quality of tobacco leaf produced adverse effects ,and that was not conducive to the stability of cigarette product formulations else.
