摘　　要：在中国,贲门周围血管离断联合脾切除术是治疗门脉高压症最主要外科术式.近年来,腹腔镜的广泛应用,为经典的外科术式开辟了新的途径.腹腔镜贲门周围血管离断术联合脾切除术作为一种新技术逐渐被外科医生接受,文献报道逐渐增多.本文将就20年来国内人们对腹腔镜下贲门周围血管离断术联合脾切除术治疗肝硬化门脉高压症的研究进展进行简要综述.Devascularization and splenectomy have been widely used in the management of portal hypertension in China. In recent years, laparoscopic surgery provides a minimally invasive method and has opened up new avenues for classical surgical procedures. Laparoscopic periesophagogastric devascu- larization combined with splenectomy （LSPD） as a new technique for portal hypertension resulting from liver cirrhosis has been adopted in China. In the current review, we discuss the progress in LSPD over the past 20 years in China.
