老年患者室性早搏后窦性心率震荡现象及心室复极改变探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年患者室性早搏（简称室早）后窦性心率震荡现象及心室复极改变情况.方法 对169例常规心电图检查诊断为室早的患者,依据年龄分为老年组（99例）和对照组（70例）,对其心电图进行回顾性分析,了解室早后窦性心率震荡现象及心室复极改变情况.结果 窦性心率震荡现象发生率对照组患者高于老年组患者（P＜0.05）,室早后第1个心搏心室复极改变发生率：老年组患者高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）.结论 老年患者室性早搏后窦性心率震荡现象减弱或消失,心室复极易发生改变.Objective To investigate the heart rate turbulence and the change of ventricular repolarization in the elderly patients with ventricular prematur beat.Methods A total of 169 patients with ventricular premature beat through routine ECG examination were divided into old age group （99 cases）and control group （70 cases） according to ages,the electrocardiogram of the patients were analyzed retrospectively,and the ventricular premature after sinus heart rate turbulence and ventricular repolarization changes was understood.Results The incidence of heart rate turbulence in patients of control group was higher than that in the elderly patients （P 〈 0.05）,ventricular premature beat ventricularrepolarization changes after the first incidence：the elderly patients was higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Ventricular premature beat of heart rate turbulence of the elderly patients weaken or disappear,and ventricular repolarization is easy to change.
