摘　　要：了解中国新疆周边国家动物疫情,以期为防止外来病入侵和科学防控疫病奠定基础,通过收集新疆周边国家2003—2014年间世界动物卫生组织(OIE)和联合国粮食及农业组织(FAO)上报的相关动物疫病疫情资料,利用Excel软件处理数据制作图表进行分析。结果表明:2003—2014年间,新疆周边8国动物疫情总体呈上升趋势,期间共爆发了非洲猪瘟、禽流感、口蹄疫等14种动物疫病;禽流感、蓝舌病疫情呈下降趋势;马鼻疽、古典猪瘟、新城疫等古典疾病呈无规律发生;小反刍兽疫、炭疽、口蹄疫、羊痘、非洲猪瘟、日本脑炎等疾病死灰复燃,呈上升趋势。说明新疆周边国家动物疫情复杂,总体呈上升趋势。建议中国新疆各口岸做好疫病病原检测工作;8国动物疫病防控机构"联防联控",遏制疫情进一步扩大。To understand the animal epidemic situations in the neighboring countries of China＇s Xinjiang, with a view to laying a foundation tor preventing invasion of exotic diseases and scientifically preventing and controlling epidemic diseases. The related data of animal epidemic disea- ses and situations in the neighboring countries of China＇s Xinjiang reported by the World Organisation for Animal Health （OIE） and Food and Agriculture Organization （FAO） during 2000 to 2014, were collected and treated using Excel application software to make the charts for the a- nalysis. The results showed that the animal epidemic situations in eight neighboring countries of China＇s Xinjiang exhibited an overall upward trend during 2000 to 2014. There were outbreaks of fourteen kinds of animal epidemic diseases, such as African swine fever, avian influenza, foot and mouth disease, etc. The epidemic situation of avian influenza and bluetongue disease showed a downward trend, and the Glanders, classical swine fever, Newcastle disease, and other classical diseases were irregular occurrence. There was a resurgence of Peste des petits rumi- nants, anthrax, foot and mouth disease, sheep and goat pox, African swine fever, Japanese encephalitis, and other diseases, which showed an upward trend. The results indicate that the animal epidemic situations in the neighboring countries of China~ Xinjiang were complex, showing an overall upward trend upward. It is suggested that the detection work for the pathogens of epidemic diseases should be done well in all ports of China＇ s Cinjiang, and the prevention and control institutions of animal epidemic diseases in eight neighboring countries should strengthen the joint prevention and control to curb the further expansion of the epidemic situations.
