摘 要:[目的]筛选适合皖南烟区稻曲病防治的杀菌剂,为皖南烟区水稻稻曲病的防治提供参考。[方法]对南粳9108水稻稻曲病的发病情况进行了调查及病原菌鉴定,同时采用生长速率法测定6种杀菌剂对稻曲病病原菌的室内毒力。[结果]南粳9108水稻稻曲病的发生较严重,发病率达62%;稻曲病病原菌为半知菌亚门稻绿核菌属绿核菌;6种药剂对菌丝生长的抑制效果不同,30%苯甲·丙环唑EC和6%井冈·枯芽菌WP的抑菌作用最强,其EC50分别为0.245 7和3.150 1μg/m L。[结论]30%苯甲·丙环唑EC和6%井冈·枯芽菌WP的防治效果较好,可进一步用于大田防治试验。[Objective] To screen fungicides suitable for rice false smut in Wannan Tobacco-rice Rotation Area, and to provide references for the control of rice false smut in Wannan Tobacco-rice Rotation Area.[Method] Incidence of rice false smut in Nanjing 9108 was investigated;and the pathogenic identification was carried out.At the same time, growth rate method was used to detect the indoor toxicities of 6 fungicides to rice false smut.[ Result] The rice false smut of Nanjing 9108 was relatively serious with its incidence reaching 62%.The pathogen was i-dentified to be Ustilaginoidea virens ( Cooke.) Takah.Different fungicides had different inhibition effects on mycelium growth of rice false smut.EC50 of 30% difenoconazole· propicondzole EC and 6% Jinggangmycin· Bacillus subtilis WP were 0.245 7 and 3.150 1 μg/mL, re-spectively, which had the strongest bactriostasis.[Conclusion] 30% difenoconazole· propicondzole EC and 6% Jinggangmycin·Bacillus subtilis have relatively good control effects, which can be used for further prevention and control experiment in the fields.
