摘  要:氢气长输管道在钢管选材方面与天然气管道存在一定的差别。通过对氢气长输管道常见的氢致失效形式及机理的研究,以及合金元素、显微组织及夹杂物、带状组织等对氢致失效影响的深入分析,最终确定出氢气长输管道在钢管管型、钢级及交货热处理状态方面的选材要求。在满足工程需要及安全的前提下,可选择API SPEC 5L A、B、X42、X46、X52(PSL2级)等无缝钢管、直缝埋弧焊管和高频电阻焊管。对于较低钢级无缝钢管,建议选用形变正火态;对于相对较高钢级无缝钢管,建议选用淬火+回火态;对于直缝钢管,建议选用形变热处理态。There are differences in pipe material selection between long distance hydrogen transportation pipeline and natural gas transportation pipeline. The common hydrogen in-duced failures and mechanisms were studied, and influence factors such as alloy elements, microstructure, inclusions and banded structure were analyzed in this paper. Based on the results, pipe material selection requirements for long distance hydrogen transportation pipe-line are determined in pipe type, pipe grade and delivery condition. On the premise of meeting the project need and ensuring safety, SMLS and SAWL as well as HFW pipe with grade of API 5L SPEC A, B, X42, X46, X52 (PSL2 level) can be selected. For SMLS pipe with lower grade, normalizing deformation delivery condition is recommended, For SMLS pipe with relatively high grade, quenching + tempering delivery condition is suggest-ed,and for straight seam steel pipe,thermo-mechanical treatment state is preferred.
