摘 要:中亚管道工程是我国油气能源战略通道的重要组成部分,该地区压气站构筑物投资比例偏高,一直困扰着各参建方。通过现场调研和统计分析,得出工艺区基础和电缆桥架是压气站构筑物投资高的主要症结,基础水平荷载取值精细度偏低、工艺安装方式不同是造成构筑物基础费用高的重要原因;因此制定了精细化设备基础顶荷载、调整工艺安装方式的对策措施。对策实施后,构筑物投资费用明显降低,从原来的20.27%降低至19.67%,节约投资约52.6万元,为中亚地区以后压气站的建设和设计提供了重要的参考。The pipeline project in the Central Asia is an important part of China's oil and gas energy strategy channel. It is very important to improve the energy security in China that the introduction of oil and gas resources in the Central Asia. But the investment on compressor station structures in Central Asia is always high, which is a puzzle problem for investor. In order to improve the structures investment, lots of field survey and statistical analysis are car-ried out to look for the main crux of problem.At the same time,the main reasons are found by using association diagram method, and the effective strategy is carried out, which make the structures investment reduce to 19.67% from 20.27%, and save investment about 526 thousand yuan.It provides important reference for the construction of the later stage.
