摘　　要：飞机制造产业是国家高度重视的战略性新兴产业,为适应国内外航空企业对高技能人才国际化视野的需求,探索基于校企共建多维一体的飞机制造技术专业高技能人才的国际化培养试点班建设。通过对国内外航空院校和企业的多方调研分析,明确了本专业应以飞机总装流水线及各部件装配生产的机械装配岗位群等四个岗位群为就业方向,以飞机制造过程中自动化设备的使用与监护技能等12项技能为专业核心技能的人才培养标准。Aircraft manufacturing industry is the strategic emerging industry which country attaches great importance to,in order to adapt to domestic and international aviation enterprise demand for high-skilled talent internationalization field of vision.This paper explores the aircraft manufacturing technology based on co construction and multi dimensional integration between college's construction materials and the internationalization of professional skills training.Through many of aviation colleges and enterprises at home and abroad research analysis,we should make clear the professional with aircraft assembly line and components assembly production of four jobs,such as clusters of mechanical assembly position for the employment direction,with in the process of aircraft manufacturing automation equipment use and care skills,etc.and 12 core skill training for professional standards.
