舒适护理对过敏性紫癜患儿心理及生理舒适度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨过敏性紫癜患儿应用舒适护理后对心理及生理舒适度的影响。方法选取90例过敏性紫癜患儿作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组实施常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理基础上开展舒适护理,对2组患儿心理及生理舒适度进行观察。结果观察组患儿治疗期间GCQ量表的心理精神、社会文化、生理、环境等维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对过敏性紫癜患儿实施舒适护理,可提高患儿生理及心理舒适度,满足现代护理需求,还能和谐护患关系,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing on psychological and physiological comfort in children with allergic purpura. Methods A total of 90 children with allergic purpura in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group （45 cases） and control group （45 cases） according to random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing while patients in the observation group were treated with comfort nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The mental and physical comfort of the children in two groups was observed. Results Psychological spirit, social culture, physiology, environment factor and other dimensions in GCQ scales in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing in children with allergic purpura can improve the physical and psychological comfort of the children, meet the needs of modern nursing, and also can harmonize the nurse-patient relationship, so it is worthy of promotion.
