摘　　要：本文结合制造工厂管理运作实践,通过运用层次分析法,对卷烟工厂内部控制管理体系的各个指标进行科学分析和计算,得出不同指标之间的相对权重系数,对于提升现代工厂基础管理水平和指标体系的推广应用具有一定的实际指导意义。Based on the practice of management, the article analyzes and calculates the various indexes of the internal control management system of cigarette factory, by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process,and obtains the relative weight coefficient among different indexes. It also has certain practical significance for improving the basic management level and index system of Cigarette-Making Plant.
