摘 要:目的探讨尿干化学检查及尿沉渣检验在临床尿液检验的相关性及临床意义。方法选择2014年9月至2015年9月住院患者2540例作为研究对象,晨起后采集每位研究对象的尿液样本,每例患者的尿液样本准备两份,并及时将其送交医院检验科,一份进行尿干化学检查,另一份进行尿沉渣检验。将两种方法对应的尿蛋白、白细胞及红细胞检验结果进行对比,并综合尿沉渣检验及尿干化学检查的检查结果符合情况进行分析。结果尿干化学检查中白细胞、尿蛋白及红细胞阳性率分别为20.47%(520例)、15.75%(400例)、22.05%(560例),尿沉渣检验中尿蛋白、白细胞及红细胞阳性率分别为20.59%(523例)、14.96%(380例)、24.41%(620例),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。综合尿沉渣检验及尿干化学检查的检查结果发现,白细胞、尿蛋白及红细胞总符合情况分别为97.64%(2480例)、96.85%(2460例)、94.49%(2400例),其符合率均较高。结论临床上尿沉渣检验及尿干化学检查检查各有其优缺点,两者之间不能完全相互替代,若将两者检查结果综合起来能够有效提高检验的准确度,降低漏检率,在临床上值得推广。Objective To investigate the correlation between urine and urine in the clinical examination of the urine.Methods From Sep-tember 2014 to September 2015 hospital laboratory urine of 2540 cases were as the experimental object,a total of the morning after the acquisition of each experiment object urine samples,and timely sends to the hospital clinical laboratory for routine urine and urinary sediment examination,inclu-ding routine examination of the urine mining with dry chemistry method for detection.The comparison of urinary protein,white blood cel s and red blood cel test results corresponding to the two kinds of methods,and urinary sediment and urine routine examination results were analyzed.Results Urine routine examination of white blood cel s,urine protein and red blood cel s were respectively 520 cases (20.47%),400 cases (15.75%), 560 cases (22.05%),urine routine examination in urine protein,white blood cel s and red blood cel s were respectively 523 cases (20.59%),380 cases (14.96%),620 cases (24.41%),the dif erence between the positive rate of the two kinds of methods had no statistical significance (P 〉0.05).Comprehensive urinary sediment and urine routine examination results showed that the total compliance of white blood cel s,urine protein and red blood cel s were 2480 cases (97.64%),2460 cases (96.85%),2400 cases (94.49%).Conclusion Clinical routine examination of the urine sediment and each has its advantages and disadvantages,between the two can not ful y substitute for each other,if both examination re-sults together to make the inspection accuracy improve,missing rate is greatly reduced,in clinical practice is worthy to be popularized.
