摘　　要：为了提高车桥轮边减速器的装配质量及装配效率,采用压缩空气作为动力源设计了一款新型的在线压机。重点介绍了轮边减速器新型气动压机的设计思路、工作原理及使用方法。通过实际应用,有效避免了O型密封圈和车轮螺栓螺纹的损伤,并提高了生产效率。In order to improve the quality and efficiency of axle hub reduction assembly, designing a new-type online press using compressed air as power. This article focuses on the design idea, working principle and application method of new-type pneumatic press. After practical application, the damage of O-ring and thread of wheel bolts are rejected, and increase production efficiency.
