摘　　要：双离合自动变速箱产品的开发是一项耗费时间长、技术难度大、人力多的复杂项目。由于中国自主品牌在自动变速箱开发方面起步较晚,齿轴系统的布置,液压系统设计开发、变速箱控制软件开发、变速箱标定等方面的核心技术掌握较少,导致很多时候需要和国外技术公司合作。文章作者根据自己参与和负责的两个与国外技术公司合作开发的自动变速箱项目,总结自动变速箱开发的特点和三大关键阶段,针对与国外技术公司合作中出现的各种问题,提出了相关的解决方法和规避措施。最终顺利解决在与国外公司合作中出现的相关问题,使得项目顺利开展。The development of Dual Clutch Transmission （DCT）is a complicated and high technical level project which takes a long time and more resources. Because of starting the DCT development is later than Europe, China’s OEMs have very limited experience at layout of the gear shaft system, hydraulic system and DCT control software development and calibration, which make OEMs need foreign technology company support and cooperation. In this paper, the author according to the experience, summed up the DCT development special characteristic and three key stages,and pointed out the solutions and measures to avoid for the problems during foreign technology companies cooperation. Finally the author successfully solve the problems related to the cooperation with foreign companies to make the project successful.
