摘　　要：在简单介绍辽南某县级市专项调查的基本情况的基础上,论述县级房地产市场对国库收入和银行信贷的影响,据此提出力促县级房地产市场发展的财政金融对策,旨在刺激房地产市场的消费投资,促进国库收入增长。On the basis of a brief introduction to the basic situation of the special investigation on a countylevel city in the south of Liaoning province, this paper discussed the influence of the real estate market at the county level on the treasury receipts and bank credit, fiscal and financial countermeasures to promote the development of the real estate market at the county level were put forward, in order to stimulate the real estate market consumption investment, and promote the growth of treasury revenue.
