摘  要:针对页岩气井钻井过程中套管磨损可能导致套管抗内压强度和抗挤强度降低的问题,建立了钻杆与套管磨损的计算模型。分析了页岩气井钻井过程中套管磨损机理,研究了套管钢级、井眼曲率、钻井时间、钻杆拉力等因素对套管磨损的影响。并对水基钻井液和油基钻井液2种不同磨损条件下,不同钢级套管磨损进行了研究。结果表明,套管钢级越高,磨损厚度越大,套管模损在水基钻井液比在油基钻井液中严重,在4个影响因素中,井眼曲率影响最为严重。研究结果为预测页岩气井中套管磨损提供了理论依据及试验指导。To solve the problem that casing wear can lead to the decrease of internal pressure strength and collapsing strength of the casing, a model of casing wearing between drill pipe and casing was established, on the casing wear mechanism in the process of shale gas well drilling was analyzed. The effects on casing wear under different borehole curvature, steel grade, drill pipe tension, drilling time were discussed. The paper also analyzed the casing wear of shale gas well on the condition of oil based drilling fluid and water based drilling fluid by the established model. The results show that the higher the casing steel grade is the more severe the casing wear. Casing wear in water-based drilling mud is more serious than that in oil-based drilling mud. Borehole curvature plays an important role in casing wear, including four factors. The results can provide theory and experiment guildfor casing wearing in shale gas well drilling.
