电石渣粉作为脱硫剂的综合利用

摘　　要：应"推动燃煤电厂超低排放改造"的环保要求,推进煤炭清洁高效利用,促进节能减排和大气污染治理,脱硫系统增容改造成本大,运行成本增加。使用电石渣粉掺配石灰石作为石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫剂,能够有效控制脱硫效率,降低SO2排放浓度,减少环境污染,减少石灰石粉消耗量,实现CO2减排,为固废综合利用带来的经济效益、社会效益显著。In response to ＂promote the ultra low emission coalfired power plant transformation＂ environmental re-quirements, promoting clean and efficient use of coal, promoting energy conservation and emission reduction and airpollution control, desulfurization system capacity increasing cost, operating costs increased. Carbide slag powdermixed with limestone was used as limestone- gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization agent, to effectively control the desulfurization efficiency, reduce SO2, reduce environmental pollution, reduce lime stone powder consumption, bringsignificant social and economic benefit for the comprehensive utilization of solid waste.
