摘  要:为了描述聚酯圆盘反应器物料流动特性,笔者提出一种包括平推区、全混区、死区在内的组合流动模型,研究组合流动模型参数对停留时间分布特性的影响,并将组合流动模型用于聚酯添加剂转产计算。研究表明,组合流动模型能够显著提高计算精度,并合理表征圆盘反应器内高粘物料返混程度。A combined flow model which consists of a plug flow region and a backmix region in parallel with dead space in series for describing material flow characteristics in disc - ring polycondensation reactor was proposed. Influence factors of the combined flow model on residence time distribution were studied. The combined flow model was applied to additives grade transition for PET plant. The results indicated that accuracy was greatly improved ,and the degree of backmixing of high - viscous material in disc - ring reactor was reasonably characterized by the combined flow model.
