摘　　要：本文通过对聚酯装置中圆盘反应器圆盘加固连接块失效原因进行了分析和计算,判断出在某些状况下,圆盘加固连接块失效不可避免,同时提出了改进措施和建议,对于今后针对圆盘加固和改造具有指导作用。Disc reinforcement connecting block failure of disc reactor causes on polyester device were analyzed and calculated. Under certain conditions, disc reinforcement connecting block failure was inevitable. At the same time,the improvement measures and suggestions were put forward, which could guide the strengthening and improvement of the disc for future.
