微乳液法制备纳米氧化铁后的母液的回收利用

摘　　要：采用反胶团微乳液体系Tween-60+Span-80/异戊醇/环己烷制备纳米氧化铁,考察了破乳温度、时间对氧化铁的产率的影响。采用蒸馏法对废微乳液(母液)进行回收,提出了有效的母液回收利用方案。The reversed micelle microemulsion system of Tween-60＋Span-80/isopentyl alcohol/cyclohexane was employed to prepare nano ferric oxide, and the influences of emulsion-breaking temperature and time on the yield of ferric oxide were investigated. A distillation plan was proposed to effectively recover the solvent, surfactants, and cosurfactant.
