摘  要:以商洛学院2013级武术选项课41人为实验研究对象,进行了为期16周的太极拳(二十四式)教学,并辅助平衡能力训练,其中,实验组采用悬吊训练,对照组采用一般平衡训练。研究结果表明,悬吊训练对于大学生平衡能力的训练效果优于一般平衡能力训练;加强平衡能力训练有助于学生掌握武术套路动作。实验组学生武术套路Markove模型的评价结果为6.98分,对照组为5.25分,实验组学生的武术套路专项技能水平提高幅度优于对照组。Forty students from 2013 level of martial arts of Shangluo University options lesson were chosen as experiment for 16 weeks of Taijiquan(24) teaching with auxiliary balance ability training, among them, the experimental group adopting suspension training, control group adopting the general balance training. The results show that the suspension training for college students balance ability training is better than general balance ability training; Strengthen balance ability training can help students master wushu actions, and the experimental group students’ wushu Markove evaluation results of the model is 6.98 points, while, the control group was 5.25. It is clear that the experimental group is better in special skills than the control group.
