摘　　要：在经济转型背景下,社会资源配置和经济发展方式的转变,既促进了连锁商业企业转型升级发展,更给其发展带来前所未有的压力和挑战。文章通过对连锁商业企业面临的压力与挑战分析,提出了连锁商业企业转型发展的思路和创新经营管理模式、强化供应链管理、全渠道融合发展、提高消费者购物体验等对策,旨在促进连锁商业企业内涵质量提升和可持续发展。Under the background of economic restructuring, transformation of economic development and configuration of social resources, not only promote the development of chain business enterprises transformation and upgrading, but also bring unprecedented pressure and challenges for their development. In this paper, through the analysis of pressure and challenges that facing by the chain business enterprises, puts forward the thought of transformation development of the chain business enterprise and some countermeasures, such as the innovation management mode, strengthening the supply chain management, the whole channel integration development, improving the consumer shopping experience,etc. In order to promote the connotation of the chain business enterprise quality improvement and sustainable development.
