摘 要:介绍一种适用于预制梁板运输与架设施工安全评估方法风险分析-可靠度混合方法。该法首先应用风险分析的方法对预制梁板运输与架设施工过程事故风险因素按照提梁、运梁和架梁3个过程进行分类识别并提出打分方案,然后,再在风险因素识别的基础上基于可靠度相关理论对危险源进行定量分析,对该类施工过程控制参数进行确定,结合已有研究及现场统计的方法对控制参数相应荷载、抗力分布规律进行分析,最后,在对其可靠性系统进行确定的基础上求得该类施工过程安全可靠度系数。该法有效结合风险理论及可靠度理论的优点,充分考虑随机因素对施工期结构安全性的影响,对安全因素进行定性定量分析。The risk analysis-reliability hybrid method is presented for evaluating the precast beam carring and e-rection construction period safety of bridge. Firstly, accident risk factors of precast beam carring and erection construction period are classified and identified based on lifting beams N carring beams and erecting beams three process, and scoring plan was showed. Then, quantitative analysis was made of dangerous source by the use of reliability theory. The construction process control parameters and the distribution regularity of loads and resist-ances were determined combining with the existing research and statistical methods. Lastly, reliability system and safety reliability coefficient of construction process was determined. The method effectively combine the risk theory and reliability theory. Fully considering the influence of random factors on the structure security during the construction. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of safety factors was made.
