农地征收补偿与失地居民生计安置问题研究

摘　　要：伴随着经济社会发展,失地农民问题逐渐"浮出水面",并且逐渐成为各界关注的研究对象。文章首先分析了农地征收补偿的背景理论概说,然后探讨了现有土地征收补偿标准存在的问题,最后提出了建立与完善补偿安置的社会保障制度。With economic and social development,the problem of land-lost farmers is gradually obvious, and gradually become the research object from all walks of life.This paper firstly analyzes the background theory of agricultural land compensation,then discusses the existing problems of land compensation standard,finally puts forward social security system to establish and perfect the compensation and resettlement.
