摘 要:建立柱面气膜密封的参数化模型,研究柱面结构对密封性能的影响。结果表明,随着偏心率的增大,柱面气膜密封的气膜浮升力、最大压力均增大,当偏心率为0.7时柱面气膜密封具有最佳的流体动压效应。研究偏心率为0.7时转速对柱面气膜密封性能的影响。结果表明,低速运行时,柱面气膜密封有微小的流体动压效应;当转速升高时,流体动压效应增强;当转速达到一定值时,流体动压效应趋于稳定。The parameterized model of cylinder gas film seal was established,and the effect of cylindrical structure on sealing performance was studied. The results show that,with the increasing of eccentricity ratio,the gas film lift pressure and the maximum pressure are all increased,and the best fluid dynamic pressure effect is got when the eccentricity ratio is 0.7. The influence of rotate rate on cylindrical gas film seal properties was studied under the eccentricity ratio of 0.7. The results show there is small fluid dynamic pressure effect at low rotate speed,and with the increasing of rotate speed,the fluid dynamic pressure effect is enhanced. When the rotate speed reaches a certain value,the fluid dynamic pressure effect tends to be stable.
