摘 要:为改善锂基润滑脂的耐高温性能,以硅油和矿物油为基础油,以12-羟基硬脂酸、己二酸和氢氧化锂为稠化剂的原料,采用一步法制备含硅油耐高温复合锂基润滑脂。通过对其滴点、锥入度、钢网分油等重要参数的表征,研究基础油用量、复合稠化剂比例、皂化温度、皂化时间、最高炼制温度、硅油和矿物油比例等对复合锂基润滑脂性能的影响。结果表明:硅油的加入使得复合锂基润滑脂具有相对较高的滴点、较低的分油量和低蒸发损失,同时适量的硅油还可降低复合锂基润滑脂的摩擦因数。In order to improve lithium complex lubricating and high temperature properties,the lithium complex grease was prepared by one-step method with the use of silicone oil and mineral oil as base oil,12-hydroxy stearic acid,adipic acid and lithium hydroxide as the materials of thickening agent. The effects of the amount of base oil,compound ratio of thickening agent,saponification temperature,saponification time,maximum refining temperature,mixed ratio of silicone oil and mineral oil were studied through characterizing the main parameters of dropping point,cone penetration and oil separation of steel netting method. The results show that the combination of silicone oil and mineral oil improves the dropping point of the lithium complex greases,and lowers the separation and evaporation loss. The proper amount of silicone oil can reduce the friction coefficient of the greases.
