摘  要:建立冲压油性能模拟拉伸试验装置,提出冲压拉伸油拉伸性能的评定指标,包括最大拉伸力、极限拉伸比和坯料未拉破时最大单位压边力,并建立相应的评价方法。采用该评价方法对几种试验油样进行重复性和区分性试验。结果表明,该评价方法可用于评定石油基冲压拉伸油的拉伸性能,且试验方法有着良好的重复性和区分性。A simulating tensile testing equipment for punching oil property was installed. The evaluation index was presented to evaluate the tensile property of punching oils,including maximum tensile strength,extreme extension ratio and maximum unit blank-holder force at mould material without stretched broken,and the corresponding evaluation method was established. Repeatability and differentiation tests were carried out on several kinds of oil samples by using this method.The results show that this method can evaluate the tensile property of the petroleum base punching oils,and it has good repeatability and obvious difference for metal punching oils with different qualities.
