摘 要:针对常压浸胶工艺存在的浸胶质量不稳定和生产效率低的问题,研制一种纸基摩擦材料真空浸胶装置,并提出一种真空浸胶工艺。采用真空浸胶制备几种纸基摩擦材料,测试其孔隙率和摩擦磨损性能,并与常压浸胶工艺制备的纸基摩擦材料进行比较。结果表明:真空浸胶工艺制备的纸基摩擦材料孔隙率稳定、一致性好,与常压浸胶纸基摩擦材料相比,采用真空浸胶的纸基摩擦材料的平均孔隙率高8%,2 000次离合动平均动摩擦因数高14.29%,平均静摩擦因数高10.74%,平均磨损值低51.65%;真空浸胶生产效率明显高于常压浸胶,且可节约原胶和溶剂用量。In view of the problems of unstable quality and low production efficiency in the presence of the normal pressure impregnation process,a kind of vacuum impregnation device was developed for the paper-based friction materials,and the vacuum impregnation technology was proposed. Several kinds of paper-based friction materials were prepared by vacuum impregnation device,their porosity and tribological properties were tested,and the test results were compared with that of the materials prepared by the normal pressure impregnation process. The result shows that the paper-based friction material prepared by vacuum impregnation technology has stable porosity and good consistency. Compared with the material prepared by the normal pressure impregnation process,the average porosity of the material prepared by vacuum impregnation technology is increased by 8%,the average dynamic friction coefficient is higher than 14. 29%,the average static friction coefficient is higher than 10. 74%,and the average wear rate is decreased by 51. 65%. The production efficiency of vacuum impregnation technology is higher than that of normal pressure impregnation technology,and can save the amount of raw adhesive and solvent.
