校园体育教育及学生体育权利的法律思考

摘　　要：习近平总书记在江苏调研时强调,要"协调推进全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面推进依法治国、全面从严治党,推动改革开放和社会主义现代化建设迈上新台阶"。"四个全面"的提出,也为校园体育教育的开展指明了方向。现代化教育的转变是全面建成小康社会的内在要求,而增强学生体质,让学生得到全面发展则是现代化教育的重中之重。校园体育教育改革是全面深化改革的重要组成部分,为校园体育的开展奠定了一个大的环境基调。全面推进依法治国,要求从法制建设角度对学生体育权利给予实质性保障。学生体育权利的正常实现有赖于学校党组织对党的决议、决策、决定等的有效执行,全面从严治党对学校党组织提出了更高要求。General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that we must harmoniously and comprehensively promote the completion of Well- off society,the deepening of reform,the ruling of law,the governance of Party strictly,thus to promote the reform and open and socialist modernization step to a new level,when he researched in Jiangsu province. ＂ Four comprehensive＂ also pointed the direction of development of the physical education in campus. The basic content of the modernization of education is to strengthen the students ＇ physique and promote students all- round development,which is needed for comprehensively completing Well- off society. The reform of physical education in campus is the important part of the deepening of reform,and it has laid a tone of large environmental for the development of campus sports. Comprehensively promoting the ruling of law requires substantial protection for Students＇ sports right by perspective of the legal system. Students＇ Sports Rights whether normally come true or not,which depend on school party organization whether effectively execute the resolutions and decisions of party. And the governance of Party strictly and comprehensively put forward higher requirements to school party organization.
