摘  要:针对空间形状复杂的小管径冰箱压缩机内排管成型中需要多次定位、加工难度大、生产效率低和废品率高等问题,介绍了自主研发的利用组合模具一次定位,通过传感器检测、气动机构驱动和PLC控制,进行二、三维空间连续推弯和旋弯的自动成型机。给出了该设备的基本结构,并阐述了各机构的气动系统和整机的PLC控制流程。In order to solve the problems in the shaping course of small-diameter bondi tube with complex form,such as multiple positioning,big process difficulty,low production efficiency as well as high scrap rate etc.,the independently researched and developed automatic shaping machine was introduced in which combined mould was used to realize once positioning and push bending and rotating bending were driven by sensor detection,pneumatic system and PLC control. The basic structure of the device was described,the pneumatic systems of the device and the PLC control process were presented.
