床旁玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF治疗早产儿视网膜病的围术期护理

摘　　要：总结了30例玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF治疗早产儿视网膜病的围术期护理。术前对环境、用物及患儿做好充分准备，如对辐射台进行消毒、预热，备齐眼部用药、急救器材、禁食水、散瞳等；术中熟练配合医生行表面麻醉、抽吸抗VEGF药液、固定体位、观察生命体征，紧急情况下给予相应急救处理；术后重视患儿眼部护理、体温管理、营养管理等。本组30例患儿术后恢复良好，均顺利出院。We summarized the perioperative nursing care of 30 infants with ROP treated with anti-Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor （anti-VEGF）by intra-vitreous injection.Preoperative preparations were fully made, such as the disinfection and preheating of radiant warmer , preparation of eyedrops and first-aid equipments, fasting, etc.Effecient nursing care was provided during the procedure , such as topical anesthesia , drawing of anti-VEGF, positioning of the baby , observation of vital signs , and providing appropriate treatment under emergency situations .After operation we focused on babies′eye care , temperature management and nutrional support.At last,30 infants recovered well and were discharged successfully .
