摘　　要：目的用ISO9001:2008质量管理体系的方法来规范和提升医院设备管理工作。方法按照质量管理体系要求建立标准体系文件,包括程序文件、管理制度、记录表单和应急预案。结果本院自2011年建立ISO9001:2008质量管理体系以来,一直按照制度流程运作,每年持续改进。结论 ISO9001:2008质量管理体系可有效应用在医院设备管理中,对整个工作流程有很好的指导意义。Objective To standardize and improve the medical equipment management of hospital by ISO 9001：2008 Quality Control system. Methods Following the steps of ISO 9001：2008 Quality Control system to build standard system documents, including procedure documents, management system, records and forms and the emergency action plan. Results Since the establishing of ISO 9001：2008 Quality Control system in 2011, our hospital has been following the system and the procedures and obtains continuous improvement every year. Conclusion ISO 9001：2008 Quality Control system can be effectively used in the medical equipment management of hospital as it has the instructions for the hospital equipment management.
