摘  要:目的探析血浆D-二聚体的检测和血气分析与慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的相关性。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2016年3月收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,设为观察组,其中20例为急性加重期,40例为稳定期,同时通过患者知情同意,以60例非慢阻肺患者设为对照组,两组均进行血浆D-二聚体检测和血气分析,对比两组D-二聚体的含量、Pa O2、Pa CO2及Sa O2指标改变情况。结果观察组急性加重期、稳定期患者血浆D-二聚体的含量分别为(655.4±90.6)、(420.5±64.3)μg/L与对照组显著上升,比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组急性加重期、稳定期患者Pa CO2分别为(61.4±5.5)、(45.5±11.4)mm Hg均高于对照组,Pa O2、Sa O2值均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论血浆D-二聚体和血气分析在辅助诊断慢阻肺中的意义重大,能够帮助临床了解患者的病情及患者预后情况,值得推广。Objective Testing and blood gas analysis between plasma D-dimer and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease relevance Methods Convenient selection our hospital in January 2015—March 2016 were treated 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,observation group,20 cases of acute exacerbation of 40 cases were stable,while informed consent by the patient,60 cases non COPD patients to the control group,both groups of plasma D-dimer testing and blood gas analysis,compared two groups of D-dimer content,Pa O2,Pa CO2 and Sa O2 index change the situation Results Acute exacerbation of the observation group,the content of plasma D-dimer stable patients were(655.4±90.6) μg/L,significantly increased(420.5±64.3) μg/L with the control group,the difference was significant,P〈0.05;acute exacerbation of the observation group,Pa CO2 was stable patients(61.4 ±5.5) mm Hg,(45.5 ±11.4) mm Hg were higher,Pa O2,Sa O2 values were lower than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion Plasma D-dimer and blood gas analysis in the diagnosis of COPD significance of major,can help clinicians to understand the disease and the patient's prognosis,worthy of promotion.
