凯时治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床应用与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨凯时治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变的临床应用效果。方法随机选取2011年1月—2015年12月该院收治的130例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者临床资料进行分析,根据随机数字法把130例患者分成两组,取其中65例患者应用常规治疗设为对照组,另外65例患者在对照组治疗基础上增加凯时注射液治疗,经过15d治疗后,比较两组治疗有效率、神经功能评分、周围神经体征评分及用药后不良反应。结果经过15 d治疗后,观察组治疗有效率73.8%,对照组治疗有效率47.7%,观察组有效率明显比对照组高,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组神经功能评分总分、周围神经症状评分、周围神经体征评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组神经功能评分总分、周围神经症状评分、周围神经体征评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,均未有严重药物不良反应发生。结论糖尿病性周围神经病变患者应用凯时注射液治疗疗效理想,而且可以有效改善患者神经功能评分总分、周围神经症状评分、周围神经体征评分,用药安全可靠,改善患者生活质量明显,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Randomly selected from January 2011 to December 2015 in our hospital 130 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with clinical data were analyzed according to the method of randomly divided into two groups of 130 patients, 65 patients were taking conventional treatment application set the control group, the other 65 patients in the control group increased on the basis of injection therapy Kay, 15 d after treatment were compared treatment efficiency, neurological function after peripheral nerve symptoms scores and adverse drug reactions. Results After 15 days of treatment, observation group treatment effective rate of 73.8%. Control group, the effective rate of 47.7%, effective rate in the observation group than in the control group, between the two groups the difference was statistically significantly（P〈0.05）; before treatment, two groups of nerve function score, peripheral nerve symptom score, peripheral nerve symptoms score the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, after treatment, two groups of nerve function score, peripheral nerve symptom score, peripheral nerve symptoms score the difference was statistically significantly（P〈0.05）. No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in the two groups after treatment. Conclusion Diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients using Kai injection in the treatment of ideal curative effect, and can effectively improve the neurological function score, peripheral nerve symptom score, peripheral nerve symptoms score, the medication is safe and reliable, significant improvement in the quality of life in patients with value for promotion and application.
