噻托溴铵联合低流量吸氧治疗稳定期慢阻肺合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨选择噻托溴铵+低流量吸氧对稳定期慢阻肺合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者完成治疗后的临床效果。方法整群选择该院2014年3月—2016年3月收治的稳定期慢阻肺合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者144例作为此次实验研究对象。根据采取治疗方法不同实施分组。临床对72例观察组患者采用噻托溴铵+低流量吸氧的方法进行治疗;临床对72例对照组患者采用低流量吸氧的方法进行治疗;结果两组患者完成3个月的治疗后,观察组患者治疗后的FEV1为(1.50±0.19)L,FVC为(2.50±0.42)L,FEV1/FVC为(64.79±7.13)%,对照组FEV1为(1.29±0.17)L,FVC为(2.25±0.37)L,FEV1/FVC为(57.29±6.75)%,观察组优于对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对稳定期慢阻肺合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者临床采用噻托溴铵+低流量吸氧的方法进行治疗,患者呼吸困难症状以及患者的肺功能症状可以获得显著改善。Objective To study the choice thiamethoxam Joe bromide ＋ low flow oxygen on stabilization copd combined with chronic respiratory failure after completion for the clinical effect of treatment. Methods Group selection from March 2014 to March 2016 plateau, 144 patients with copd combined with chronic respiratory failure as the experimental study. According to different treatment methods to implement grouping. Clinical observation of 72 cases of patients using thiamethoxam bromide ＋ the method of low flow oxygen treatment; Clinical 72 cases of control group were treated by the method of low flow oxygen treatment; Results Two groups of patients with complete after 3 months of treatment, the observation group of patients after treatment of FEV1（1.50± 0.19） L, FVC（2.50 ± 0.42） L, FEV1 / FVC（64.79 ± 7.13） %, control group FEV1（1.29± 0.17） L, FVC（2.25 ± 0.37） L, FEV1 / FVC（57.29 ± 6.75） %, observation group is better than that of control group significantly（P〈0.05）. The dafference was statistically sign ificant. Conclusion The plateau copd with chronic respiratory failure patients clinical using. Consult bromide ＋ low flow oxygen method for treatment of patients with dyspnea symptoms and lung function in patients with symptoms can get improved significantly.
